2. LEISURE TIME: In Network Marketing you have TIME FREEDOM. You are in control of your time. But as an Employee you're not in control of your time. Your time and consequently, your life is controlled by your employer. With Network Marketing, the barriers of Time, Space and Distance is forever broken as you can ear while sleeping, in the comfort of your cozy bed, and from someone in the other end of the planet.
3. YOU'RE YOUR BOSS: As an employee, you must answer and report to your Boss. But in Network Marketing you are YOUR OWN BOSS. If there's anything like a Boss, it's your upline who can not fire you or cut your pay. In fact, your upline will do everything possible to see you success and earn as much as possible because the more you earn, the more they also earn.
4. LIMITLESS EARNINGS: In Network Marketing there is NO LIMIT to your earnings. Your earnings is based on your capacity. YOUR NETWORK DETERMINES YOUR NET WORTH i.e you determine what you earn. But as an employee your salary/wage is determined by your employer. There is a LIMIT to what you can earn. In this our business, you earn a percentage from someone who you have no idea about. A salary earner looks for more work to do when in need of $100 but A Network Marketer looks for how to earn $1 bonus from 100 people without doing any serious work. 5. EARLY RETIREMENT: Eight years working in a commercial bank has given me the opportunity to feel the pain of aged people working for salaries despite their estranged health and strength. I swear, hustling with grey hair is not fun; waiting for peanut pension is not palatable. I encourage you to get it right early enough. In Network Marketing, you put in just FEW YEARS of hard work and continue to get RICHER and RICHER and you work lesser and lesser. But as an employee you continue to work harder and harder till you retire, and your income is reduced drastically after retirement, if at all it is a pensionable job.

EASY/SPEEDY WEALTH CREATION: Isn't it ironic how people will work for a company that is not theirs for 35yrs and retire poor when they can speedily create wealth for themselves by focusing on a business idea for a 3-5yrs period? Results all over the world have shown that it is easier and faster to become FINANCIALLY FREE in Network Marketing than having a job. Yearly report in America shows that the the 2nd highest number of NEW MILLIONAIRES is from the Network Marketing Industry.
7. JOB SECURITY: As an Employee, job security is not guaranteed but in Network Marketing you determine the size of your network. No one fires you or even threaten to fire you, you're totally in control. As long as you are an employee, be you the MD or whatever the title you're addressed with, your job is not secured; never ever think you are indispensable. Don't wait till you have no option, don't keep planning, just start WORKING on what's yours NOW!
